Peter Howell was born in Caernavon Wales. He spent a lot of his early childhood at the stables of the Hon. George Lambton Newmarket. He initially pursued a career in racing, however he eventually decided to focus on his painting. His work has been exhibited internationally and continues to be much sought after.
